- Assist with asphalt paving, raking, shoveling, and compacting
- Set up job sites with cones, barricades, and safety gear
- Operate hand tools and small equipment as trained
- Clean up sites and maintain equipment
- Follow directions from foreman and support the crew
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- No experience required — we train motivated workers
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
- Willing to work in outdoor conditions
- Team-oriented, dependable, and coachable
- Reliable transportation to our Appleton shop or job sites
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $15–$40+/hr based on experience and performance
- Full-time seasonal work with overtime opportunities
- Weekly pay
- Advancement paths to operator, foreman, or project lead
