You oversee multiple crews — paving, milling, grading, trucking — and ensure they’re equipped, scheduled, and performing at the highest level. - Oversee daily operations across multiple paving and grading crews
- Review job specs, scope, and site conditions before work begins
- Coordinate with project managers, foremen, trucking, and plant operations
- Ensure crews have manpower, materials, and equipment to stay on schedule
- Monitor job progress, quality control, and production pacing
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct jobsite walkthroughs
- Mentor foremen, resolve site issues, and keep communication tight from field to office
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in asphalt paving, grading, or milling
- 2+ years in a leadership role such as foreman or superintendent
- Deep understanding of crew management, sequencing, and site logistics
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and grades
- Strong communication and leadership presence
- Organized, proactive, and cool under pressure
- CDL a plus, but not required
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $38–$45/hr based on leadership experience and production performance
- Weekly pay with bonuses tied to performance and efficiency
- Company truck + fuel card or travel stipend
- Full-time seasonal schedule
- Strong back-end support from estimating, dispatch, and project management
- Advancement potential into operations management or executive leadership
- Local/regional projects — home most nights
