- Operate steel drum and/or pneumatic rollers (hot and cold)
- Compact asphalt to proper density and finish
- Coordinate with paver operators and foreman for timing and sequence
- Monitor temperature, speed, and rolling patterns
- Perform daily maintenance and pre-checks on equipment
- Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work zones
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year experience as a roller operator (hot mix or cold mix)
- Knowledge of compaction technique, mat appearance, and rolling sequences
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions for extended hours
- CDL is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and site awareness
- Reliable, team-focused, and safety-minded
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $24–$30/hr depending on experience and skill level
- Weekly pay with overtime potential
