🔨 What You'll Be Doing:

• Rake, lute, and finish asphalt to proper grade and slope
• Match joints, handwork edges, and tie in clean transitions
• Communicate with the paver operator and crew to ensure a steady workflow
• Check depth, straight lines, and surface uniformity throughout the job
• Support the team with setup, cleanup, and quality control

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience preferred — but we’ll train the right person with a great attitude
• Working knowledge of asphalt flow, grading, and hand finishing
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation to job sites or our Appleton shop

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $22–$28/hr starting pay based on experience and skill
