As a Project Manager at Pave Black Asphalt, you’re responsible for planning, pricing, and managing asphalt and sitework jobs from start to finish. You work directly with clients, estimators, superintendents, and crews to ensure every job is scoped correctly, scheduled efficiently, and closed out clean. You protect the budget. You drive the schedule. You solve the issues before they happen.

🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage 5–15 concurrent asphalt or sitework projects
• Collaborate with estimating team to confirm scope, pricing, and timelines
• Order materials, schedule trucking and crews, and coordinate with subs
• Communicate clearly with foremen, clients, and inspectors
• Track production, job costs, and budget vs. actual
• Resolve site issues quickly and proactively
• Conduct post-job reviews, customer follow-ups, and change order documentation

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience managing paving, grading, or construction projects
• Deep understanding of job sequencing, production planning, and costs
• Ability to lead by influence — clear communicator and confident decision-maker
• Familiar with job tracking software, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $60,000–$85,000 salary, depending on experience and capabilities
