You’ll support the paver, clean edges, shovel and rake where machines can’t reach, and help the foreman deliver clean, high-quality work. - Assist with shoveling, raking, and smoothing freshly laid asphalt
- Support paver and roller operators for steady workflow
- Clean up job edges, tools, and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and jobsite setup instructions
- Work closely with foreman and crew to stay on pace
- Help prep sites and break down jobs each day
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- No experience needed — we’ll train the right person
- Physically strong and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and hot temperatures
- Team player with a good attitude and a willingness to work
- Reliable transportation to job sites or the Appleton shop
- Focused, respectful, and coachable
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $20–$25/hr based on experience and performance
- Weekly pay with opportunities for overtime
- Full-time seasonal work (Monday–Friday)
- Clear path to skilled roles: Luteman, Operator, or Foreman
- Work on organized crews with quality equipment
- Be home every night — all local projects
