- Lead and manage a paving crew from setup to finish
- Coordinate with truck drivers, paver, roller, and laborers for efficient flow
- Ensure proper depth, slope, joint tie-ins, and compaction
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Track production, materials, and crew hours daily
- Conduct safety talks, quality checks, and jobsite setup/cleanup
- Train and develop your crew to improve daily performance
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of paving experience required
- 1+ year of crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of paver operation, compaction, joints, and transitions
- Ability to read site plans, grades, and job specs
- Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and highly organized
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- CDL is a plus, but not required
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $30–$38/hr based on experience and leadership performance
- Weekly pay with overtime available
- Full-time seasonal schedule
- Company truck or fuel allowance for qualified foremen
- Advancement potential into estimating, operations, or project management
- Local work — home every night
