- Operate asphalt paving machine to lay material accurately and evenly
- Coordinate closely with truck drivers and roller operators
- Monitor speed, depth, temperature, and alignment during paving
- Make adjustments for slope, crown, and transitions
- Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance
- Work directly with foreman and crew to maintain production goals
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years experience as a paver operator preferred
- Solid understanding of paving sequences and machine controls
- Ability to read grade, slope, and site plans
- Calm under pressure with great crew communication
- Safety-first attitude and site awareness
- CDL is a plus but not required
- Dependable, consistent, and performance-focused
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $25–$32/hr depending on experience and quality of work
- Weekly pay + overtime potential
