As an Office Administrator, you’ll support our leadership, project managers, crews, and customers. You’ll manage scheduling, paperwork, phones, emails, job files, and help keep the business organized and efficient. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, people-smart, and thrives on structure and communication. |

- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally
- Support project managers and estimators with job files, schedules, and paperwork
- Track job progress, update CRM (Nutshell), and help manage calendars
- Process timecards, materials, invoices, and internal forms
- Communicate with customers and crew leads to coordinate next steps
- Keep the office clean, organized, and prepared for what’s next
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Previous office, administrative, or construction experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks with a calm, professional approach
- Tech comfortable: email, calendar, spreadsheets, and basic job tracking
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team-first approach
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $20–$24/hr depending on experience and skillset
- Weekly pay
- Full-time (Monday–Friday), year-round position
- Paid holidays and PTO
- Opportunity for growth into HR, Dispatch, or Office Manager
