- Assist with setup and operation of milling machines
- Remove asphalt using hand tools and cleanup equipment
- Manage traffic cones, flagging, and safety zones
- Load and unload milling debris and grindings
- Support machine operators and foreman with daily tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work zone
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- No experience needed — training provided
- Comfortable around large equipment and moving machinery
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet
- Reliable transportation to job sites or shop in Appleton
- Attention to detail and focus on safety
- Willing to work early mornings and long hours
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $20–$25/hr based on experience and performance
- Weekly pay with overtime potential
- Full-time seasonal work
