As our Marketing & Web Design Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in telling our story, creating a professional online presence, and driving interest through visuals, content, and strategy. From updating our website and managing social media to supporting sales with custom graphics and marketing materials — your work connects our quality in the field with the people who need us.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and maintain updates to the Pave Black website 
• Create social media posts, marketing graphics, and basic video content for online use
• Write and schedule blog posts, email blasts, and service announcements
• Track and report on digital performance (traffic, leads, ad response)
• Support sales with printed materials, proposals, and branded visuals
• Coordinate photography, project highlights, and team updates for marketing use
• Keep brand standards consistent across all platforms
• Collaborate with leadership on new campaigns and outreach ideas
• Assist with customer messaging and light CRM updates as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, design, or digital content creation
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Wix/Weebly, Mailchimp, and social platforms
• Strong writing and visual design sense — clean, clear, on-brand
• Self-starter with creative ideas and the follow-through to execute them
• Organized, reliable, and confident in managing multiple digital channels
• Bonus: Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or light video editing

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $20–$28/hr depending on experience and skills
• Weekly pay
• Full-time, year-round position
