As a Manager at Pave Black Asphalt, you’re responsible for driving success on and off the job site. You’ll oversee daily field operations, coordinate with project managers, and lead crews to hit deadlines, stay safe, and deliver high-quality work. - Oversee field operations across paving, grading, milling, and trucking crews
- Manage day-to-day schedules, staffing, materials, and equipment movement
- Support and hold foremen accountable for safety, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate with estimating, sales, and project management teams
- Resolve jobsite issues quickly and professionally
- Help build long-term systems for job tracking, hiring, and customer service
- Represent the company with professionalism and pride in every conversation
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years construction or paving industry experience
- 2+ years management or supervisory experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple crews and stay cool under pressure
- Familiarity with job cost tracking, schedules, and field production
- Organized and decisive with strong follow-through
- CDL or construction equipment experience is a plus
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $75,000–$100,000 salary, depending on experience
- Performance bonuses tied to crew results and company goals
