- Rake, lute, and finish asphalt to proper grade and slope
- Match joints, handwork edges, and tie in transitions
- Communicate with paver operator and laborers for a smooth flow
- Check depth, straight lines, and surface uniformity
- Support the crew with setup, cleanup, and quality control
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience preferred, but will train the right worker with great attitude
- Solid knowledge of asphalt flow, grading, and handwork
- Ability to work outdoors in heat and changing conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites or shop in Appleton
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $22–$28/hr starting pay based on skill and experience
- Weekly pay + overtime opportunities
- Full-time seasonal work
