- Rake, level, and shape gravel or base material
- Assist with setting grade using string lines, laser levels, or GPS
- Compact subgrade using tampers or plate compactors
- Set up and clean up job sites before and after work
- Work alongside operators and foremen to hit production targets
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work zones
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- No experience needed — we’ll train the right person
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet all day
- Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather
- Willing to follow directions and ask questions to learn
- Dependable transportation to our shop or local job sites
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $20–$25/hr starting pay based on experience
- Weekly pay with overtime potential
- Full-time seasonal work
- Path to Operator or Grade Crew Lead roles
- Local projects — home every night
