- Manage daily operations of the grading crew
- Supervise subgrade shaping, base installation, and compaction
- Set and verify grade using lasers, string lines, or digital systems
- Coordinate with paving foreman and project managers on timing and layout
- Monitor crew safety, efficiency, and equipment use
- Complete daily production reports, material logs, and timesheets
- Train and mentor laborers and operators for growth
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years grading or sitework experience required
- 1+ year as a crew lead or foreman preferred
- Skilled in grade setting, layout, and drainage control
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- CDL is a plus, but not required
- Calm under pressure and results-focused
- Safety-first mindset and attention to detail
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $28–$35/hr depending on experience and leadership
- Weekly pay with overtime potential
- Full-time seasonal work
- Company vehicle or fuel card available for qualified foremen
