- Assist with site excavation, grading, and prep for paving
- Use hand tools, shovels, and compactors to shape subgrade
- Clean and organize job sites before and after work
- Help spot equipment and stay alert around machinery
- Support operators and foremen with daily production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and crew instructions
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- No experience required — we’ll train motivated workers
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in dirt, mud, and changing weather
- Team-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn
- Reliable transportation to our shop or local job sites
- Strong work ethic and safety-first attitude
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $20–$25/hr depending on experience and performance
- Weekly pay
- Full-time seasonal work with potential overtime
- Advancement path to Operator, Grade Crew, or Site Lead
- Local projects — be home every night
