You’ll scope and price paving, patching, and sitework projects for residential, commercial, and municipal clients. You’ll walk jobs, measure accurately, build relationships, and help deliver bids that are clear, competitive, and profitable. We’re looking for someone who’s sharp with numbers, confident with people, and detail-oriented from the first site visit to the signed contract. |

- Evaluate and measure job sites (in-person or via plans)
- Prepare detailed estimates for driveways, parking lots, roads, and sitework
- Write professional proposals with clear scope and pricing
- Communicate with customers to build trust and answer questions
- Coordinate with operations team to align schedule and scope
- Track bid pipeline, follow-ups, and signed jobs using CRM tools
- Monitor material costs, margins, and productivity trends
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years estimating experience in construction or paving preferred
- Strong math and measurement skills (feet, inches, square footage)
- Ability to walk job sites and lift 25+ lbs for field work
- Familiar with bidding software or CRM tools (we’ll train the right person)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and client-focused
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $65,000–$85,000 salary, depending on experience
- Performance bonuses tied to sales or bid win rate
