🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:

- Operate a range of asphalt equipment (paver, roller, skid steer, etc.) with precision
- Work closely with the crew to ensure smooth, efficient material laydown
- Monitor depth, slope, speed, and alignment during operations
- Adjust for transitions, crown, and grade as needed
- Perform daily walk-arounds and minor preventative maintenance
- Follow foreman direction and contribute to overall production goals
- 2+ years of experience operating paving equipment preferred
- Strong understanding of paving sequences and machine controls
- Ability to read grades, slopes, and jobsite plans
- Steady under pressure and strong communicator on active jobsites
- Safety-first mindset with solid situational awareness
- CDL a plus (not required)
- Reliable, consistent, and committed to high-quality work
- $25–$32/hr based on experience and performance
- Weekly pay with consistent hours and overtime potential
- Full-time seasonal work — no guessing on hours

- Path to grow into Lead Operator or Foreman roles
