- Help form, pour, and finish concrete for driveways, slabs, sidewalks, and more
- Set up forms, rebar, and prep work areas for pours
- Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment as trained
- Assist with site prep, clean-up, and material handling
- Work under a foreman and support the crew to complete jobs on time
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- No experience required — we train motivated workers
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
- Willing to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Team-focused, dependable, and eager to learn
- Reliable transportation to our Appleton shop or job sites
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $15–$40+/hr based on experience and performance
- Full-time seasonal work with plenty of overtime
- Weekly pay
- Growth paths to finisher, operator, or crew leader
