- Prospect and follow up with residential and commercial leads
- Visit job sites, measure work areas, and take notes/photos
- Prepare quotes and send professional proposals (we’ll train you)
- Close jobs with confidence and follow up until signed
- Build trust through communication, responsiveness, and education
- Track all activity and follow-ups in our CRM (Nutshell)
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience preferred but not required — we’ll train the right closer
- Self-starter with strong drive and follow-through
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners, GCs, or business owners
- Presentable, professional, and trustworthy
- Basic tech skills (email, phone, calendar, quote templates)
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
💵 Pay & Structure:
- Commission-based pay with no cap — high performers earn $75k–$120k+
- Performance bonuses and spiffs available
- Weekly and monthly pay options
- Full back-end support: estimating tools, production team, CRM, training
- Marketing and leads provided (plus support for your own prospecting)
