You’ll be trusted to track every dollar, close out jobs, and maintain accuracy across all accounts. - Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and job cost reports
- Enter invoices, receipts, and bills into accounting software
- Prepare customer invoices and follow up on collections
- Process payroll and track employee hours with timesheets or software
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries
- Maintain digital and paper records in an organized system
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling sensitive financial information
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines
- Construction or job-costing experience is a plus (but not required)
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $22–$28/hr, depending on experience and skillset
- Weekly pay
- Full-time, year-round office position
