As our Bookkeeper, you’ll manage the financial side of the business — from daily transactions to monthly reports — helping leadership stay focused and field operations stay funded. You’ll be trusted to track every dollar, close out jobs, and maintain accuracy across all accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, honest, deadline-driven, and looking to grow with a fast-moving construction company.

📊 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and job cost reports
• Enter invoices, receipts, and bills into accounting software
• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on collections
• Process payroll and track employee hours with timesheets or software
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries
• Maintain digital and paper records in an organized system

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, and payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable handling sensitive financial information
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines
• Construction or job-costing experience is a plus (but not required)

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $22–$28/hr, depending on experience and skillset
• Weekly pay
• Full-time, year-round office position
