- Prep job sites by setting cones, barricades, and signs
- Rake, shovel, and spread asphalt during paving operations
- Support the paver and roller team to keep production flowing
- Clean up job sites and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow directions from your foreman and work as part of the crew
- Stay alert and focused in fast-moving work zones
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- No experience needed — we’ll train the right worker
- Physically fit: able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, and move all day
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat or changing weather
- Dependable, on time, and team-oriented
- Willing to learn and grow in the trade
- Reliable transportation to the Appleton shop or job sites
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $20–$25/hr starting pay, based on experience and performance
- Weekly pay with overtime opportunities
- Full-time seasonal work (Monday–Friday, weather dependent)
- Clear path to growth: laborer → luteman → operator → foreman
