You’ll work with reliable crews, top-tier equipment, and a management team that gives you everything you need to run the job right.
- Supervise a crew of laborers, operators, and truck drivers
- Manage jobsite setup, production timing, and project cleanup
- Coordinate with superintendents, PMs, and trucking dispatch
- Ensure depth, slope, joint tie-ins, and compaction meet spec
- Monitor job quality, crew safety, and equipment use
- Track crew hours, materials used, and production performance
- Train new team members and set the tone on-site every day
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in asphalt paving
- 1+ year in a leadership or crew management role
- Strong knowledge of paving production, paver/roller coordination, and finish standards
- Able to read job specs, site plans, and grades
- Positive leader with great communication and problem-solving skills
- CDL is a plus, but not required
- Safety-first, results-driven, and respected by your crew
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $30–$38/hr depending on experience and leadership ability
- Weekly pay + overtime opportunities
