- Work alongside experienced laborers, operators, and foremen
- Learn how to shovel, rake, and prep asphalt and stone
- Train on equipment, hand tools, safety procedures, and jobsite setups
- Attend toolbox talks and hands-on training sessions
- Follow clear instructions and take feedback with a learning mindset
- Stay alert, stay respectful, and stay growing
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- No experience required — just a strong work ethic
- Willing to show up early, stay focused, and keep learning
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in changing weather
- Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
- Dependable transportation to our shop or local job sites
- Desire to grow into a skilled laborer, operator, or foreman
💵 Pay & Perks:
- $18–$22/hr starting pay while in training
- Paid, hands-on instruction with real career advancement
- Weekly pay
- Full-time seasonal work with room to earn overtime
- Career track to higher-paying roles (laborer, luteman, operator, etc.)
